This policy explains how to request a refund or cancellation relating to Aarohi services from GreenAlpha Technology.
For SaaS access, configuration, implementation or support work, the purchased scope, service period and commercial terms are those recorded in your proposal, order or service agreement. Ask our team to clarify those terms before making a payment.
Contact info@greenalphatechnology.com or +91 9716850668 with your business or account name, order or invoice reference, payment date and the reason for the request. Share only the information needed to identify the payment. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card numbers or security codes.
Requests are reviewed with reference to the service purchased, agreed terms, service already provided, payment status and applicable law. Submitting a request does not by itself guarantee approval. If a refund is approved, our team will confirm the amount, payment route and expected processing details. Payment-provider processing can affect when the funds arrive.
Contact our team to request cancellation or a change to service access. The effective date, any outstanding charges and the effect on access will be confirmed against the agreed service terms. A cancellation request does not automatically delete account data or cancel unrelated orders.
For products, food, pharmacy items or parcel services ordered through the platform, include the relevant order reference and identify the participating business. Order-specific refund, cancellation and fulfilment terms must be considered for that transaction. Our support team can help route a platform-related enquiry.
